Information Collection: Through our website, we collect patient information and may make outgoing calls to patients to collect additional information such as disease history, age, weight, past medical history, stability of disease, family history etc. The patient is then connected with a trained health advisor (caregiver) who is trained under guidance of doctors at Kayakalp Global.
As per the telemedicine practice guidelines published in Appendix 5 of the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics Regulation, 2002), an advisor or “caregiver” Is a person who is allowed to convey information to patient on behalf of the doctor. Please note that Indian medical Association only has powers over allopathy doctors in the country and not Ayurvedic, homeopathic or Unani doctors in India.
Condition Understanding: You acknowledge that vitiligo and Psoriasis are incurable, lifelong diseases that are only manageable. It can always come back, and individual results may vary. You understand this and will not hold us liable if you do not see results.
Medical Disclaimer: Results from our treatments can vary from person to person based on various factors, including the severity of the condition, location of disease, individual response to treatment, adherence to the treatment plan, past medical history, past medical treatment, genetics, family history of the patient, and overall health and lifestyle. There is no guarantee that you will achieve the same results as others.
Follow-Up Calls: We aim to call patients once every 2-3 weeks. However, we may be unable to reach you due to spam protection or Do Not Disturb (DND) settings on your phone or due to high demand or low employee turnover on the day (employee shrinkage). In such cases, we will not be held liable for missed follow-up calls.

Informed Consent: Kayakalp Global and its employees, including health advisors (caregivers) and doctors, have explained the potential side effects of any medications suggested or prescribed to you.
Common side effects of steroids (prednisone) may include but are not limited to, menstrual issues and hair growth in females, swelling under the eyes, gastritis, body swelling, and palpitations.
For psoriasis patients prescribed methotrexate, common side effects include fever, stomatitis, body aches, and bruising (blue-black spots) on the skin. You understand and agree that if you are prescribed methotrexate, you have been informed that pregnancy or family planning should be avoided during treatment and for six months after treatment.
It is your responsibility to inform our doctors/ customer care executives clinic about any pre-existing disease that you may be suffering from such as cardiac problem, diabetes, etc. Further, it is your sole responsibility to inform our doctors/ customer care executives about any medication that you may be taking and also if you have any allergies to any medication or items.
Based on the advice of our doctors some patients may be advised to use ointments or oils on the skin which may cause allergic reactions so it is advised to use a sensitivity test before external application of such ointments and oils and as advised by our doctors at Kayakalp Global
Responsibility to Report Side Effects:
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to inform Kayakalp Global immediately if you experience any of the above side effects or any other adverse reactions.
Regular Monitoring:
For patients prescribed steroids or immunomodulatory medicines, our doctors advise regular monitoring of blood pressure, sugar levels, and weight to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Blood investigations and treatment compliance
For accurate management and optimal treatment outcomes, doctors at Kayakalp Global may request blood investigations from time to time, based on your treatment plan and the severity of your condition. By becoming our patient, you agree to the following:

Timely Submission:
You are required to submit the requested blood test reports within 5 days of notification by Kayakalp Global. Notifications may be sent via phone call, WhatsApp, or email. Failure to submit blood reports promptly may result in delays in providing services and treatments by our doctors.
Responsibility and Outcomes:
In cases where blood reports are not submitted on time, Kayakalp Global and its doctors will not be held responsible for any poor outcomes related to your treatment.It is your responsibility to ensure that blood tests are completed and reports are submitted promptly to avoid any interruptions in your treatment plan.

Flare Up of disease during treatment: At Kayakalp Global, we aim to provide the best possible care for our patients. To ensure effective treatment and avoid any complications, patients must provide accurate medical history.
Patient Responsibility: Patients must honestly and accurately inform Kayakalp Global staff if they have previously taken any form of Allopathic medicine, whether it is internal or external.
This information is essential for our doctors to tailor the treatment plan appropriately and avoid any potential adverse reactions.
Non-Disclosure and Liability: In cases where a patient does not inform Kayakalp Global about prior use of Allopathic medicine, any flare-up of the disease during treatment will not be the liability of Kayakalp Global. Accurate disclosure helps our team manage and mitigate risks associated with combining different treatment modalities.
Importance of Communication: Clear and honest communication with our healthcare providers ensures the best possible treatment outcomes
Patients are encouraged to share their complete medical history, including any Allopathic treatments, to facilitate optimal care and avoid unnecessary complications.
By agreeing to become our patient, you acknowledge and accept the importance of providing complete and accurate medical history. Failure to disclose previous Allopathic treatments may lead to treatment complications for which Kayakalp Global cannot be held responsible. No Guarantees: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the medical field is constantly evolving, and new research and clinical experience may alter the current accepted practices. DELIVERY GUIDELINES
In order to provide good service and timely and efficient deliveries, please enter the correct pin code in the shipping address when asked by our advisors. Also, we need to have your contact number, so please enter your correct phone number while registering.
DELIVERY IN INDIA
The estimated time of delivery within India is generally 5-7 business days, time may vary according to your delivery location. Please note that if your location is not served by our regular courier partners, then we will be dispatching your order through Value Payable Post (VPP) or Speed Post. In such cases, delivery duration may vary from 7-10 days. Delivery time may also vary according your delivery location. Orders placed from North East India require minimum 10-12 business days for delivery.
However, it is clarified that the shipping of the medicine by KAYAKALP is through a trusted third-party courier service. However, the service so provided by the third-party courier service regarding shipping and delivery of medicines is not associated with KAYAKALP and therefore, any delay on behalf of the courier service shall not be attributable to KAYAKAL
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International deliveries may take 15-20 days. The tracking of your order gets updated periodically to provide the most current status of the shipment. There may be a delay between scanning events and the availability of tracking information related to those scanning events. Depending on how recently your item was mailed, tracking information may not be immediately available.
Flight delays, cancellations and customs delays are beyond our control. Due to the time required for custom and import clearance and forwarding delivery timeline may suffer. Please note that the delivery timings will also be bound by the custom policies and regulations of your region.
Additional charges, for customs clearance of the shipment, if any, shall be paid by you the recipient. KAYAKALP has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
In rare cases, you may have to coordinate with customs, or local post office for the clearance of the shipment. In such case, we will keep you informed with all relevant information.

Some portions of this SERVICE may require you to give us financial information such as your credit card, debit card, or net-banking information (Financial Information), for, without limitation,
(i) registration on the Site to avail specific offers, health plans, home health care services, or newsletters; and
(ii) making a payment towards our fee for providing the aforementioned SERVICES, either in the prepaid or postpaid format.
